Job Description:
To provide fast and useful technical assistance, answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Support student internal assessment by ensuring the assessment applications run smoothly on the Ipad devices
- Support for any additional IT services required after the school hours
- Monitor and maintain daily performance of computer systems and networks
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and walk staff through problem-solving process
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Install, modify, and repair or replace computer hardware and software
Job Requirements:
- Strong Communicator to both Business and technical users
- Technical, logical thought process
- Planning & Scheduling
- Minimum 2-year experience in helpdesk or support
- Educated in Computer Science diploma / degree
