Job Description:
Assist Support Manager with incident management, problem management, Service Request Management, Service Transitioning, Continual Service Improvements, and reducing cost and improving targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the project to deliver Data networking and Wi-Fi solutions at customer site
- Ensure the committed timelines are met for the projects at customer sites within the agreed scope, cost, and quality.
- Ensure the quality of all assigned projects executed/ achieved according to the quality standards defined by the project brief resulting in receipt of the Completion Certificate.
- Prioritizing workload to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level network hardware and applications.
- Ensure all project deliverables are tracked and communicated as per stakeholders’ requirements
Job Requirements:
- Excellent problem analytical skills and problem simulation
- Additional experience in Server storage will get preference
- Graduate engineer in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ computer science
- Minimum 8 years of experience in implementation of data networking / Wi-Fi / Network security
- Must have full network lifecycle experience including gathering requirements, design, test, documentation, configuration and maintenance
