Job Description:

Supervise, provide technical guidance/ expertise and perform the activities of the Electrical Maintenance at ADNOC owned properties including Residential and VIP villas and other owned, leased properties within Abu Dhabi City and Ruwais City in order to achieve highest operational efficiency and long functional life.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and confirm annual equipment spares requirement to ensure that such spares, stock items and non-stock items are available at all times.
Supervise/ ensure implementation of quality management systems as per the documented procedures, Monitor, ensure Non-conformities are identified and ensure remedial actions for NCR, and measures their performances.
Liaise with contractor’s management on matters related to payments, standards and performance in monthly bases.
Participate in the review and approval process of Manpower for Service Providers. Participate in the review & selection process of SSPs/Sub-contractors for Service Providers.
Discuss and recommend appropriate actions to modify/alter electrical systems to ensure continuous availability.
Participate and assist in conducting Contractor’s Performance Evaluations.
Review Monthly Progress reports & Payment certificates from Service Providers.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
Ability to plan and schedule daily and weekly work schedules for staff
Experience in inventory control and budgeting
8 years’ professional experience in electrical maintenance works, in a large organization.
Bachelor Degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline.
The ability to communicate both in written and verbal form.
