Job Description:

Plan supervise and participate in geodetic survey services for the company, including the positioning of drilling locations, land /hydrographic surveys, geographic information service and remote sensing data analysis as well as topographic mapping within the concession areas.

Job Responsibilities:

The digital data includes high spatial resolution satellite imageries, and LIDAR/Radar data as well as conventional aerial photography and line maps.
The surveys comprise topographic, Geodetic, Hydrographic, Satellite imagery etc.
Develops digital mapping database to cover all the concession areas and introduce the latest GIS systems to enable effective utilization of the data.
Prepares Tender Document, including scope of work and technical specifications relating to surveys requested for prospective development projects within the concession areas.
Plans and supervises the establishment of Geodetic Network to provide adequate control for the setting out of drilling locations, Engineering surveys, Seismic surveys and Aerial mapping.

Job Requirements:

A/C environment, could be exposed to the prevailing weather conditions like heat, humidity & dust during occasional site visits.
8 years of experience GIS/Mapping works, including at least 3 years in oil & gas industry.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline (mapping, surveying, civil, etc)
