Job Description:
You will be working as Project Engineer – Analytical Products & systems and will be the part of Process Automation Area for Measurement & Analytics division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be leading the execution of medium & large-size projects, ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Completing engineering projects by organizing and controlling project element based on customer specification or customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing project handing over documents, reviewing complete project, clarifying any open points, recording them, preparing and submitting project progress reports to customers regularly, handing over of project with final documentation to service team.
- Defining, jointly with the system integrator Project Team (PM), all project plan documents, including the scope, financial plans, delivery schedule, risk management plans, ensuring the project is following and executing best practices and ABB policies, effectively monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization
- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing milestone status, cost, expenses, and cash flow, requirement analyzing, designing skills, technical understanding of the project and documentation skills
- On time delivery, ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, coordinating with supply chain management, attending kick of meeting (KOM) with customer & SI (Attend locally or remotely), coordinating with customer and SI & 3rd party suppliers
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in analytical system engineering
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
- Bachelor of Electrical / Chemical/ Electronics engineering
